We are a family owned and operated BBQ restaurant located in Columbia, Mo. With a fun and friendly atmosphere, we provide a dining experience that is without peer. Our family always had a vision of a restaurant we wanted to open, and we dreamt that someday we would make it a reality. We even used to brainstorm it and taste test recipes at our family gatherings. Today, our dreams are unfolding and coming to life every day at Como Smoke and Fire! We are proud of what we have created, and all of our extended family is here at the restaurant. Como Smoke and Fire is our second home and we hope it’ll become yours as well. We look forward to seeing you here.

From our homemade sauces to our daily, fresh smoked meats, we put our own spin on BBQ. It’s not St. Louis Style or K.C. Style, its CoMo BBQ at Como Smoke and Fire! We want everybody to feel like family here, and we know they do when we hear laughter and life fill our restaurant while everybody is enjoying our fabulous BBQ! Como Smoke and Fire is family-owned and operated: You will see Matt, Christy and Patrick working right along side their team at both locations! CJ, our son, worked his way up from Bus boy to the Pit Master at our North location. Kinley works during the summer bussing tables and food running. Our older girls, Makali and Emma, worked their way through high school and College and now visit both locations when they are in town. – You can count on our entire family to make our guests feel welcome and at home!
